When should I expect my Order?
All orders placed will have within a 2 business day delivery in Airdrie. Anything shipped will be delivered no later than 7 business days. Okotoks orders will be delivered once a week, as well as Calgary orders.
How is it sized?
Sizing is based on the standard S, M, L, XL format. As most of our items do not have traditional cups, it allows for more forgiving sizing and creates a broader range of busts than a standard bra cup.

Can I purchase tops and bottoms separately?
As a new company, we are only selling lingerie in sets. We hope to have the opportunity to sell individual items in future collections pending customer reception. Most bottoms have adjustable straps allowing them to better fit no matter the size.
Can I Try On Before Purchasing?
Due to current covid restrictions, we are unable to offer try on’s for our items. We hope to one day be able to offer a solution for our customers.

How does delivery work?
Doe Intimates will fulfill deliveries in Airdrie and area. Upon check-out, you will need to fill in the delivery form corresponding yes/no and fill in the address portion if required. Please inform us of the best way to contact you for delivery time or if any other information is needed to assist you and find the best time for delivery.
